Lauren Oberon, RMT

I provide comprehensive, individualized treatments backed by research and geared towards outcomes that integrate the nervous system with the rest of the body, helping you accomplish your healing or self-care goals. Not just a job for me, I have a passion and calling for massage therapy, based around the belief of well-being for all.
Pain is something I personally struggle with on a daily basis and I am interested in the ways it manifests in our body and how we can mediate or remedy it. Pain research is showing helpful things all the time that give me hope that most kinds of pain have some kind of relief or management, if a cure itself is not possible.
In 2022, I received my massage therapy diploma from Centennial College in Toronto, and I am forever grateful for my instructors, whose wisdom I rely on every day. In 2025, I received my acupuncture certification at McMaster University. I also have a B.A. in Anthropology from Trent University, which has, surprisingly, had profound impact on my massage therapy practice.

I welcome all genders and orientations at my clinic.

My practice is located on the traditional lands of the Haudenosaunee (Six Nations) in Cornwall Ontario/SDG county.
