All sessions may include hot stone massage, acupuncture, and cupping at no extra charge. Most sessions include relaxation coaching or homework (stretching/exercise) as needed at no extra charge. Fees applicable as of October 15th, 2025. ALL PRICES INCLUDE HST.

30 Minute Treatment — $65

For an express relaxation, specific focus on a body area or for those with a tight schedule.

60 Minute Treatment — $120

An appropriate length of treatment for a relaxation massage or deeper work in specific areas.

90 Minute Treatment — $160

A longer treatment to incorporate multiple areas, more complex issues or engage in deeper relaxation.

120 Minute Treatment — $210

A session length for the most stubborn of problems or to engage as many areas of the body as possible without any rush at all!

Kids’ Relaxation Massage — $55

For children 13 and under–a massage therapy treatment that focuses on relaxation, body empowerment and any problem areas necessary.

15 Minute FOLLOW UP treatment — $30

For returns only (no NEW patients). A clothed massage (no linens) for ONE body area.

I accept payment by cash, debit, credit, Google Pay, Apple Pay and eTransfer.

You will receive a receipt for your records or for insurance claims.

Note: All first-time treatments include a free assessment/consultation which lasts about 15-30 minutes, depending on your condition. This, and subsequent reassessment for future sessions, does not include the time spent receiving massage therapy treatment. For this reason, allow up to 1.5 hours for your own scheduling considerations for first-time treatments.
